How to Measure Your Feet
Trace Method
Stand on a sheet of paper in the evening, when feet are at their largest. Mark the heel and longest toe, then measure the distance between the marks.
Measure Both Feet
Feet are often slightly different sizes. Measure both and use the larger measurement to choose a size.
Consider Heel Height
Higher heels can shift how a shoe fits, so you may want to size up slightly for heels compared with flats.
