We accept returns within 30 days of placing an order with Fabulous Bargains Galore. To request a return, kindly send us a message using our Contact Us page. Alternatively, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If 30 days have gone by since your order on Fabulous Bargains Galore, unfortunately you may not be eligible for a refund or an exchange.
There are some terms and conditions that must be adhered to, to be eligible for a return or an exchange including;
- Item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- Tags and packaging must be intact.
When returning an item, please make sure you include your name, address and order number in the parcel, and also make sure you obtain a proof of postage and or tracking details as we are not liable for item(s) lost in the post.
Return postage is at buyer’s expense.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Item(s) that are returned and not as in original condition
- Damaged or missing parts of item(s) returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). Your refund will be processed and credited back to your original method of payment. Depending on the bank you use, it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to appear on your bank statement. Same may apply to other financial institutions like PayPal, Clearpay, Laybuy etc.
Please note that we do not refund postage costs, so refunds will be for item(s) cost only.
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size/colour in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received the returned item(s). The exchange item(s) will be sent to you within 48 hours depending on availability. You are not required to pay additional postage fee.
Your satisfaction is our number one priority. Therefore, if you’d like a refund, you can request one no matter the reason. However, terms and conditions apply;
- If you did not receive your item within the maximum time of 14 working days, you can request for a refund or the item to be reposted
- If you received the wrong item, you can request for a refund or item(s) be reposted. However, item(s) received will need to be returned at no cost to you
- If after you’ve received the item(s), and you change your mind or just want to return it for whatever reasons, you can follow the return process above.
All orders can be cancelled before they are posted. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, unfortunately it may no longer be possible to cancel your order.
