How to Measure Yourself
Bust
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level all the way round. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest point of your torso, usually just above your belly button.
Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips, typically 18 to 23cm below your waist.
